From the President

Hi Everyone,
Sorry that my update has been a little slow this time.

Firstly I would like to thank Nick Delaney and Stephanie Nunez for the wonderful job they did at the muster in Janelle’s absence.
Stephanie had some different and interesting activities to practice our riders flat work whilst Nick got some brilliant results in the jumping arena. We managed to get a few games done before the storm hit. I think everyone had a great time.

We have a couple of new horses now agisting. Smokey has joined us as the 2nd pony for Lucinda and Charlotte. We would also like to welcome Vivian, her parents and Cheeky who joined us this week. All horses seem to be settling in.

Good luck to Scarlett Guest Carver and her horse Louis and Nicholas Delaney and his horse Dod as they head off to Gatton for the State Show Jumping Championships.
Best wishes from everyone at Runcorn Pony Club and have fun!!!

The next thing on our calendar is a working bee.
This will be held on Sunday 10th April. I will send out a list of jobs that need to be done as we will be hosting the West Moreton Anglican College Dressage Combined training and Showman Competition the following week and we would like our grounds and equipment to be looking good.

For those of our members who are school aged. The Saturday is a come and try day so you are able to participate in the event without having to be a member of EA or Interschool. I will forward the program. Runcorn members will only have to pay the insurance component and they will waiver the nomination fee so a great opportunity for you to have a go.

Working Bee – Sunday 10th April starting 8am
See you all there

Cathy
